From The Beginning...

...is a band with a heart for people in need of hope. Assembled in Fall of 2006, From The Beginning started with a vision from rhythm guitar player/lead singer Jon Ranger and bass guitar player Dave Jones. The vision they have is to bring something positive and refreshing to a mainstream market saturated with negative energy. Thus, they set out to find the right members who would complete the band and who also share their vision.

The first new addition they came across was seasoned guitarist, Randy Simons, who had recently moved to Bakersfield from Santa Clarita. Their meeting was more than just chance, finding that Randy had the same passion for a musical awakening project as they did.

A new drummer (Anthony Cutshall) was introduced to the band in March 2007. Anthony added tremendously to the rhythm section of From The Beginning, giving them an even more cutting-edge sound. As all four members began to write and practice together, they realized that they were creating fresh sounding music with a deep message of hope.
